    One point: no branch of the government, including the military, is supposed to practice “public relations.” The law precludes using tax dollars for “propaganda” purposes, which is what public relations is presumed to be.

    You can, however, call your work “public information” because that’s politically neutral. Here’s a good recap of a 2005 law:
