My Prayers Go Out to Minneapolis

The nation is stunned and horrified by the video and pictures we’re seeing of the tragic collapse of the I-35W bridge yesterday.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and injured, their families and loved ones, the brave neighbors who acted as first responders and those rescuers who will continue to risk their own safety today to search for something they do not want to find but know they must.

God bless, everyone.

    Hi Ellen,

Thank you for thinking of the people who are directly affected by this tragedy and not turning it into a reason to push whichever political agenda you may have. As a firefighter and first responder, simple statements like these are what keeps us going and gives us the ability to look past the simpleminded folks who have to scream their political opinions at the worst possible time.
